SALES POLICIES

A buyer will be understood as a person who acquires or wishes to acquire any of the products offered by ABRILMP, which are exposed in the online shop on its website or through the Etsy platform, which can be accessed through the link https: / /www.etsy.com/es/shop/PepitaCalabazaza

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made by credit/debit or PayPal, or by bank transfer. In case of payment by credit/debit card, all details will be sent by encrypted protocol to STRIPE or other banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access thereto whatsoever. Such details will not be used by us except for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase or issuing refunds in the case of returns in compliance with the exercise of your return right or for reporting cases of fraud to the police. For payments by bank transfer, the buyer must contact ABRILMP at the email hola@pepitacalabaza.com, in order to request the necessary data to carry it out and mentioning the items they wish to buy. If the purchase is made through the Etsy platform, the payment must be made following the instructions indicated on said website. I’m not responsible for any charges or other amounts which may be applied by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment or other method of payment in accordance with your order. If your credit/debit card or payment method is not denominated in the currency of your purchase indicated on the Website (euro), the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. I will not be responsible for any cost or expense which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a different currency other than the currency of your purchase as displayed on the Website (euro).

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or suspend your order after a purchase. To do this, you must request cancellation or suspension through the email hola@pepitacalabaza.com, indicating the order number. In this case, the entire payment made by the buyer will be returned.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Once a purchase is complete, you may cancel that purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, by notifying it in writing within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you received the order. You must request cancellation or suspension through the email hola@pepitacalabaza.com, indicating the order number. You must return the item within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you notify us in writing of the cancellation, in the same condition that you received those products and assuming shipping costs. Once the order is canceled as described you will receive a full refund of the item price including standard shipping costs. In the case of personalized products, there is no possibility to cancel or suspend orders.

Likewise, the buyer may change non-personalized items within fourteen (14) calendar days, counted from the date the order was received. Each item can be subject to a single change, for any other of equal, lower or higher value, always making the return of the difference in the corresponding price. The shipping costs of the products subject to changes or returns must always be paid by the buyer.

If the product has arrived faulty due to the courier company, it will only be the courier company that must answer for the damaged product.

If the product has arrived defective, due to ABRILMP, the buyer must contact by email, attaching a photograph of the defects, within two calendar days of receiving them, in order to proceed with the exchange or return. In the latter case, the shipping costs will be paid by ABRILMP.

SHIPPING

Purchases made through the ABRILMP website will be sent to the entire Spanish territory by Correos and to the rest of the world by DHL Express or Correos. You can voluntarily provide a phone number so that the courier company can contact you if necessary, in order to agree and make the delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

The preparation time of the order: from 2 to 5 days from the confirmation of the purchase.

Estimated delivery times:
Spain: 2-5 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days
United States and Canada: 3-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-15 business days

However, the shipping time may vary depending on the time of year or possible eventualities in the courier service.
If the package does not reach its true destination, due to an error in the delivery of the address by the buyer, no change or return will be made. However, if the error is from ABRILMP, all the necessary actions will be carried out so that it reaches the buyer’s hands free of charge.

DISCOUNTS

There may be discounts, based on promotions published on the website by ABRILMP. In any case, if there is any applicable discount, it will be used before making the purchase. Once the payment is processed, the discount amount will not be returned.

CARE AND CONSERVATION OF THE DOLLS

It is recommended to machine wash the dolls using cold water and dry in the shade.

In the case of hand-dyed dolls, such as the monkey or the fox, it is recommended to hand wash in cold water and dry in the shade.

ABRILMP will not be responsible for any damage caused to any of the articles as a consequence of their misuse or conservation.
